GENERAL FORMS

Both the Crane and Galena locations have a supply of paper tax forms.  There is no charge for this service and forms are available on a first come first serve basis.  We re-order forms when our supply runs low but we can not guarantee that we will not be out of the form you need.  We do ask that you limit yourself to two copies of any single form and one copy of any instruction books you need. 

SPECIAL FORMS

The Galena Branch has tax forms available on CD for both the State and Federal levels.  The Library Staff will be happy to help you locate the special forms you may need.  Not all forms are available from these locations.  Out of state forms are available on CD at the Galena location.  Basic forms are available for the States of Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Nebraska and Oklahoma.
